Putnam Felines: Putnam Felines, Inc. is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization working to help stray and feral cats in Putnam County. We believe that the problem of cat over-population will not be solved by adoption alone. Shelters are full and private adoption groups are unable to keep up with the demand for their services. We are practicing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) because we believe it is the most effective and humane way of controlling feral and stray cat populations and protecting wildlife.
